Adobe FormsCentral on acrobat.com

Adobe just added another service to Acrobat.com.  FormsCentral is a form creation service which allows you to create, customize, distribute, and track online forms.  Think of this like Survey Monkey on steroids.  FormsCentral gives you the ability to fully customize the look of your form.  Start from a template or start from scratch. It’s pretty slick.

Like all the services on Acrobat.com, this is free…with limitations.  You can only create one form.  If you want to create a second form, you must delete your existing form.  It’s not a big deal unless you want multiple forms posted at the same time.  If not, just export your data before you delete your form and start over.  If you upgrade to the paid versions, you can have multiple forms in circulation.

Here’s the FormsCentral process:

Step 1: Create a blank form or start from a template.

Step 2: Customize your form by adding graphics, additional fields, etc.

Step 3: Open your form and begin distributing.

Step 4:  Monitor your results.  Export a XLS/CSV file if you need the data in another application

To get started, go to Acrobat.com, create your account (or login if you already have an account) and head to the FormsCentral area.
